What we built
Order capture was digitised end to end, from browsing a catalogue to confirmation, with status updates at every step.
Dispatch, routing and delivery tracking were coordinated so jobs and shipments could be followed in real time.
Payment collection was integrated, covering online and in-app settlement with reconciliation and records.
Delivery covered discovery, UI/UX design, development, testing and post-launch support. The solution was designed to be maintained and extended as the business grows.
