What we built
A membership engine handled tiers, renewals, passes and entitlements so access could be packaged and sold consistently.
A booking layer was built with real-time availability, slot management and automated reminders so customers could reserve without phoning in.
Visitor registration, pre-registration and entry control, including badge or QR handling, were introduced at reception.
Delivery covered discovery, UI/UX design, development, testing and post-launch support. The solution was designed to be maintained and extended as the business grows.
