What we built
Mobile apps for iOS and Android let customers and staff use the same workflows from their phones, online or offline.
Order capture was digitised end to end, from browsing a catalogue to confirmation, with status updates at every step.
A points and rewards layer was added so repeat customers could be recognised and rewarded automatically.
Delivery covered discovery, UI/UX design, development, testing and post-launch support. The solution was designed to be maintained and extended as the business grows.
