What we built
A booking layer was built with real-time availability, slot management and automated reminders so customers could reserve without phoning in.
Attendance capture, covering both walk-ins and scheduled visits, was digitised with live records for management to review.
A membership engine handled tiers, renewals, passes and entitlements so access could be packaged and sold consistently.
Delivery covered discovery, UI/UX design, development, testing and post-launch support. The solution was designed to be maintained and extended as the business grows.
